Stock alternator (90-150 amp): 5,000w

240 amp alternator: 7,500w

320 amp alternator: 9,000w

400 amp alternator: 12,000w

Duel 320-400amp alternators: not recommended

Temperature tolerances information (is my vehicle too hot or cold?) live in dessert/cold climate etc

Coldest temperature tolerance: -30F

Hottest temperature tolerance: 140F

Can I jump start this battery?

NO! do not jump start any Lithium batteries under any circumstances, just don't.
