Product Information: The 55ah Sodium Ion battery is actually not a lithium chemistry at all. It is one of the newest products to hit the audio electrical support market, a great alternative to traditional lithium and more compact, boasting better energy density than outdated AGM audio batteries. This chemistry is also a perfect, economical option for systems with stock alternators that need the extra ah reserves to help maintain voltage for longer durations. It is not recommended to use larger than a alternator of 240 amps on this particular ah size battery.

Q: Is this battery okay to pair with My agm?

A: Most Lifepo4 products like Lishen, Headway, EVE and SAPT are compatible on the same charging circuit with AGM, However NEVER run CMax, Sodium ion, SCIB, EH5, or proto with AGM. It will damage both batteries, and possibly worse.

Q: Can this battery be run under the engine bay safely?

A: It is never recommended to install lithium batteries under the hood of an engine bay unless all the proper ventilation and engine bay modifications have been done to keep the battery below 140 fahrenheit (60 celsius ) some newer vehicles have this done from the factory, but most common used vehicles will not be able to have underhood lithium installed as engine bay temps regularly exceed 180 fahrenheit (82 celsius)
