All sales are finalized, especially after being used. We the manufacturer will not issue a refund for any used products, ever.

All sales are finalized after 7 days of delivery regardless of used or new product condition.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from original purchase total once the product is returned and is inspected for damages. Customer will be liable for damages, we advise shipping any product with adequate insurance for covering the full amount of the purchase.
