WARRANTY POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

· Always unplug the LED controller when not in use.

· An isolator or battery delete under hood is required for any lithium battery.

· If you leave the LEDs plugged in, it will drain the battery. The phone app does not turn off controller, the RCA plug does.

· Do not overcharge battery or jumpstart a lithium pack ever. Always use a variable DC power supply set to the desired voltage to recharge lithium pack. Keep lithium pack voltage inbetween 13.5v-15.5v for SCIB OR CMAX / 12.4v-14.4v for Lifepo4. These are optimal ranges for longevity of the lithium pack.

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY/KEEP THE BOX AND PACKING MATERIALS IT CAME WITH.

Manufacturer is not responsible for shipping charges after 3 days from arrival date.

Manufacturer is only responsible for the parts and labor during this 1 year warranty period. Cosmetic imperfections (scratches etc) are not covered under warranty.
